These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Home JOB – Jio Careers website and Android application (package name: jiocareers.in.tm). By creating an account, applying for a job, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, do not use the App or website. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must provide a valid Indian mobile number (starting with 6, 7, 8, or 9).
  • You must have a lawful right to work and use the services offered through the platform.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate and complete.

3. About the service

Home JOB helps users discover work-from-home opportunities, submit applications with required identity documents, and track application status. Listing a job or receiving an application does not guarantee selection, employment, or any specific income.

4. Account registration

  • You must keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Provide true, current, and complete registration details.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Job applications and documents

  • You may be asked to upload Aadhaar and PAN images and enter related identity details for verification.
  • You confirm that documents belong to you and are genuine.
  • Submitting false documents, impersonating another person, or misusing another person’s identity is prohibited.
  • Application data and documents may be shared with authorized administrators for review.
  • Application status (for example, Pending) is informational and may change after review.

6. Application fee and payments

  • Some applications may require an application fee (for example, ₹299) to complete the process.
  • If payment is required, payment is mandatory to complete that application.
  • Documents and application details may be submitted for admin review when you apply; payment status is updated after successful payment.
  • Fees, if charged, are for processing/platform services as described in the App and are not a guarantee of job selection.
  • Refunds, if any, are handled according to our then-current refund practice and applicable law.

7. User responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Upload malware, spam, or unauthorized content
  • Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without permission
  • Interfere with App security, integrity, or availability
  • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or documents

8. Intellectual property

The App, website, branding, logos, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. “Jio” trademark references, where used, are owned by Reliance Industries Limited and licensed to its affiliates/subsidiaries as applicable. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App except as allowed by law.

9. Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party services (hosting, OTP/SMS, analytics, payment partners). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimers

The App and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any job application will result in employment or earnings. Job descriptions, earning ranges, and program details are indicative and may change.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the application fee amount paid by you for the relevant application (if any), or as otherwise required by law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, submit fraudulent information, or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
