How to request account deletion
- Send an email to support@jio.careers.
- Use subject line: Delete Account Request – Home Job Jio Careers.
- Include:
- Your full name
- Registered mobile number
- Registered email (if any)
- A clear request to delete your account and data
- We will verify ownership of the account and process your request.
What data is deleted
- Account profile (name, mobile, email)
- Login/session information linked to your account
- Job application records linked to your account
- Uploaded identity documents and related form details (for example Aadhaar/PAN images and numbers submitted in-app)
- Application fee payment status linked to your account
What data may be kept
- Records required for legal, fraud-prevention, audit, tax, or dispute purposes
- Anonymized / aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
- Transaction references that must be retained under applicable law
Retention period
After we verify your request, we aim to delete eligible account data within 30 days. Some legally required records may be retained for up to 180 days (or longer if required by law), after which they are deleted or anonymized.
